Within this role, you will be adaptable to guest needs and will enjoy a variety of tasks focused on providing an excellent guest experience.

Some responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that the changing rooms within our Spa and Leisure facility are clean, presentable, and free of used items.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of all poolside areas, ensuring they are unobstructed and inviting.
• Keeping all public areas within the Spa and Leisure facility clean and well-presented.
• Using industrial cleaning machinery to deep clean and uphold standards during closing hours.
• Managing used towels and robes by removing them from guest areas and washing/drying them promptly in the laundry room.
• Maintaining effective stock levels of towels and robes at the spa reception.
• Following allocated checklists and supporting the Spa and Leisure team with general requests as needed.
• Upholding high levels of security and communication between management, colleagues, and guests.
