The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

This role is responsible for maintaining a 5-year roadmap to support our client's strategic goals. This will involve improving the Demand Management process to enable the maintenance of an integrated portfolio plan and the oversight of the corporate performance to ensure delivery is in line with the agreed plan.

What you'll do:

  • Produce and maintain a business roadmap which is aligned to strategic goals.
  • Enable execution of the roadmap activities, tracking performance and providing insight reporting and the provision of prioritisation recommendation based on goals and KRs.
  • Produce and maintain an integration portfolio plan and provide performance insights.
  • Manage any changes to the portfolio as well as the planning cycle.
  • Present management information at a portfolio level to demonstrate alignment of delivery along with trends and dashboards.
  • Define the roadmap, user support and configuration of the project management toolset(s).

What we're looking for:

  • Strong track record of working on projects or programmes as a PMO manager.
  • Significant project financial accounting experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of Risk management framework.
  • Ability to work in complex environments, on large portfolios of work.
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills.
  • Knowledge of demand management.
  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in agile methodologies or similar frameworks.
