As a Part Time Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring we meet our sales targets. If you are enthusiastic, love customer interactions, and are a natural communicator, then this is the perfect role for you!
Key responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers.
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets.
- First point of contact for phone and email enquiries.
- Merchandise and restock shelves, ensure all products are ticketed and pricing is current.
- Operate computerised tills and barcode readers to scan items.
- Accept payments for goods.
- Keep the store clean and tidy.
- Assist with picking/dispatching of Online store orders when required.
- Ensure all end of day processes are completed correctly, on time, every day.
- Participate in all aspects of stock takes.
- Actively participate and take responsibility for your training needs to ensure you are an expert on all RVSC's products and systems.
- Proven retail sales experience of at least 1 year.
- Experience in RV, marine, kitchens, plumbing or vehicle sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, energetic team player with a great sense of humour.
Hours: 16 hours per week, on Friday and Saturday. Potential for extra hours from time to time based on business needs.
