As part of Renault Trucks, you will work a 42.5-hour week (Monday – Friday) and earn up to £17 per hour with overtime (paid at 1.5x hourly rate).

About the role
This is a great opportunity to bring your HGV or LCV Technician skills to Renault Trucks, who manufacture, distribute, and market trucks and vans across our dealership network. You will work closely with your team to ensure work is completed efficiently, promptly, and with high quality.
Renault Trucks is proud to announce the upcoming launch of our second-generation Renault Trucks E-Tech electric models and the opening of a dedicated three-bay LCV workshop in February 2024, focusing on servicing, repairing, and maintaining EV and ICE vehicles.
Who are you?
You will be a qualified HGV Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. You should have problem-solving and diagnostic skills, good initiative, and be a team player. A full valid UK driving license is required; an HGV license is advantageous or something you are willing to attain.
What will you do as an LCV Technician?
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs following manufacturer procedures
- Surpass manufacturer and VOSA standards in your work
- Use the latest diagnostic equipment for fault diagnosis
- Communicate with the Shift Supervisor regarding job specifications and time estimates
- Complete all relevant paperwork following company processes
- Conduct safety checks and prepare vehicles for MOTs
- Maintain product knowledge and skills to company standards
