Manage incoming and outgoing payments, prepare cashbooks, manage invoices, and set up transactions via online banking. Process expense reimbursements. Consolidate monthly employee reimbursements and office-related expenses. Post journal entries. Assist with audit processes by coordinating with external audit firms and the Tokyo Head Office. Skills Needed to Succeed: Background in accounting/finance (such as cash management, closing procedures, and expense reimbursements). Attention to detail, as the work requires high accuracy. Proficient English communication skills, as interaction with local staff is required.
