Warehouse Team Leader

You will be leading all activities of the Warehouse and Distribution department and its team members, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and distributed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Direct the activities of the personnel assigned to the department, working in line with production, procurement, sales, and other business needs. Create and implement continuous improvements within the department. Carry out all tasks in line with Health & Safety regulations. Ensure the proper, safe, and controlled storage/handling of materials. Answer enquiries regarding stock and kitting from all areas of the business. Control stock adjustments within authorized value limits, elevating issues in a timely manner. Control and organize company transport related to warehousing, goods receiving, and dispatch. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Experience Accurate, thorough, and able to work as part of a team. Numerate and detail-oriented. At least 3 years of leadership and management experience. At least 5 years of experience in stores or warehousing environment. Experience in an SME manufacturing environment. Experience with stores handling equipment. Additional Information Overtime at time and a half Mon-Sat and double time on Sundays. 37 hours per week, with flexible hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Thursday and 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Friday.
