Nursery Manager

Nursery Manager – Hemel Hempstead – £15 – £18 ph

An exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new nursery opening in Hemel Hempstead! We're looking for a passionate and experienced early years professional to take the lead in this fresh and rewarding setting.

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Nursery Manager, or

• Is a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career

Position Details:

• Role: Nursery Manager

• Location: Hemel Hempstead

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Salary: £15-£18 per hour (approx. £31,200 – £37,440 annually)

• Start date: As soon as possible

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

• Proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding care

• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations

• Ability to inspire and lead a new team to success
