Part Time Retail Assistant (Cambridge)

Responsibilities

As a Retail Assistant, you\’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and using your product knowledge to help them make informed decisions. You\’re also responsible for maintaining the store\’s processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. You will assist with the store\’s marketing efforts and help create a welcoming environment for customers and visitors alike.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about running and fitness, with excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset. Retail or customer service experience is desirable, but not required.
