The predicted salary is between 22000 - 24000 £ per year.

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Working in top venues and hotels across the UK, you will play a key role in planning, preparing, and delivering events, from small meetings to large-scale productions.
  • Equipment Operation:
  • Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, and repairing equipment before events
  • Ensure flawless event execution through accurate setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues promptly
  • Follow all security and safety protocols, including wearing PPE
  • Report health and safety issues to the relevant manager
  • Collaborate with team members on larger projects
  • Customer Service:
    • Exceed customer expectations with excellent service
    • Maintain positive relationships through effective communication
    • Meet with clients onsite to ensure needs are met and equipment functions properly
    • Monitor events and check in on customers throughout
  • Technical Skills:
    • Understand technical aspects and troubleshoot equipment/software issues
    • Handle equipment challenges professionally and efficiently
  • Systems Knowledge:
    • Follow company processes and accurately complete paperwork
    • Use equipment sheets for setup and strike
    • Upsell services to increase revenue and assist with invoicing

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Experience in the Service and Hospitality industry preferred
    • Experience in AV or live events preferred
    • Experience with audio-visual equipment or similar in educational settings beneficial
