About General Merchandise
As a General Merchandise Expert, you will support operations, process efficiency, and guest experience by managing product placement, inventory, pricing, and signage. You will also oversee Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring freshness and safety, and facilitate fulfillment through pick, pack, and ship activities.
Role Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests authentically, understanding their needs through body language and questions.
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, accurately signed, and properly priced.
- Support inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signage processes.
- Execute operational procedures like planograms, inventory management, and safety protocols.
- Assist with guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment, while adhering to legal requirements.
- Perform other duties as needed based on store needs.
