Packing Operative - Late Shift

Thrive Shepton is delighted to be working with our client in Wells, who is actively recruiting for Packing Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.

Our client is ideally looking for the following:

1. Stacking boxed dishes onto pallets
2. Maintaining high hygiene levels
3. Flagging any issues with the equipment
4. Adding toppings to products
5. Good level of English
6. A positive approach to work / positive attitude
7. A desire to develop skills and progress within the business
8. Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team
9. Ability to lift up to 20kg+
10. Preferably previous experience as a machine operator or operator

Working Hours:

• 17:00 – 01:00, Monday to Friday

What you will receive in return:

• Basic pay rate of £12.88 per hour between 06:00-22:00
• Basic pay rate of £15.65 per hour between 22:00-06:00
