The role of a Crew Member is vital and dynamic. Responsibilities include taking orders, completing deep cleaning, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be part of a diverse team, working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and alertness at all times.

Our stores can become very busy quickly, and it\’s essential to be available to assist customers, whether taking their orders, helping with kiosks, or providing extra sauces and napkins. The service we provide leaves a lasting impression and influences whether customers return. Listening to and valuing our customers\’ concerns is paramount.

Responsibilities include:

1. Communicating effectively with team members
2. Remaining on your feet for most of the shift
3. Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
4. Stocking all areas, including frozen and dry products
5. Safely lifting stock
6. Taking orders at the front counter or drive-thru
7. Handling cash transactions
8. Collaborating with team members
9. Cooking and preparing food
10. Managing the drinks station
11. Communicating with Uber drivers involved in order delivery
12. Delivering orders to customers in the dining area
13. Performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and detailed cleaning of tables and units
14. Washing dishes and utensils following proper procedures
15. Cleaning grease vats (a necessary but challenging task)
16. Changing cloths and managing laundry
17. Emptying rubbish bins and managing waste counts
