Are you a qualified fitness professional or ex-military with a passion for helping others get stronger, fitter, and mentally tougher? We’re looking for energetic, motivated Fitness Instructors to join our growing team at Elite Bootcamp Fitness, delivering high-quality, military-inspired group fitness sessions in Coventry and Leamington.

About the Role:

  • Lead dynamic, outdoor group workouts for members of all fitness levels.
  • Bring energy, encouragement, and structure to every session.
  • Help build a supportive, results-driven community.
  • Flexible opportunities available – take on 1 or more sessions per week depending on your availability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Either a fitness qualification (e.g., Level 2/3) OR previous military experience.
  • Confident, reliable and able to motivate groups.
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to make an impact.
  • Based in or able to travel to Coventry or Leamington Spa.
