About The Role As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our legal clients, developing long-term relationships and acting as their advocate and problem solver. This role offers variety, opportunities for growth, and exposure to entrepreneurial initiatives. Responsibilities include: Serving as the main contact for clients and internal teams Managing product trials and training Addressing customer queries and feedback Conducting health checks and identifying renewal and upsell opportunities Aligning customer goals, promoting adoption, and driving value Supporting onboarding and training end-users Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of Customer Success experience Excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills and adaptability Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Legal Customer Success experience is a plus but not essential Self-motivated team player with a proven track record of exceeding goals Compensation Range: £30K – £43.5K Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
