In this training position, the Surgical Technologist Resident will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures under supervision, handling instrumentation, and anticipating the needs of the surgeon while maintaining aseptic techniques to AORN standards.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain skills and competencies required of the Surgical Technologist Resident position.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of service lines, including the use of specialized equipment.
