As FP&A Manager, you will work within a high calibre FP&A team, reporting into the FP&A Director. You will be responsible for producing meaningful and accurate reports and analysis both for internal SLT use and external use too. You will also be responsible for management of 1 team member.

Client Details: My client are a fast growing, PE backed business in the Manufacturing space who have experienced significant growth in recent years, following a period of organic growth and some investment. The business is now turning over in excess of £500 million and will be going through a sale process in the next 2-3 years.

Description:

  • Taking ownership of the Operating Model to support with 3-5 year business planning
  • Reporting on WIP to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Liaising with the wider Finance team to understand movement in forecasts/budgets
  • Producing monthly reporting packs for SLT and external parties
  • Oversee the forecasting cycle, providing meaningful analysis
  • Heavily involved in the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Group
  • Improving reporting through using PowerBi and process improvement

Profile:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • Experience working in a PE backed business would be desirable
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Desire to drive process improvement
  • Someone who is inquisitive and can also stand back and see the bigger picture
  • Strong communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
