We’re looking for a Training eLearning Specialist to help our client, Route 101, design and deliver world-class training content as they roll out cloud contact centre tech to one of their most prestigious clients. If you have a flair for creating engaging digital learning experiences and want to build a training suite from scratch, this one’s for you.
Location: Remote with some travel to Bristol and Manchester

The role:
- Designing and producing impactful eLearning content and training materials
- Managing and maintaining a learning library and LMS content uploads
- Supporting the training team with digital assets for live and virtual learning sessions
- Recommending new tools and creative ways to improve learning outcomes
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Hands-on experience creating eLearning materials (e.g. using Articulate, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia or similar)
- Experience supporting technology change programmes
- You’re comfortable liaising with trainers, SMEs and end users
- A creative and collaborative mindset with a passion for learning innovation
