The Role:

• Deputise for the Partner and act as a senior client contact across a diverse portfolio
• Lead and mentor junior team members, helping to grow capability and confidence
• Represent the consultancy at industry events and local networking opportunities
• Deliver projects across commercial, education, public and private sectors
• Help shape internal culture and support strategic growth

• Strong consultancy-side construction project management background
• Confident communicator with a passion for client engagement and relationship building
• Leadership qualities with a desire to mentor and develop others
