Account Manager Role Purpose: To manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention whilst driving revenue growth from these accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities within their assigned client base. Please note Energy SECTOR experience is REQUIRED Key Responsibilities: Drive sales within client accounts, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. Establish and sustain long-term relationships with clients. Ensure clients receive their requested products and services promptly. Communicate client requirements and expectations to the operations team and senior management. Monitor and report on client account metrics.
