Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager for the Nordic region to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales and business development within the LED driver or lighting industry. This role is crucial for driving our sales strategy, expanding market presence, and fostering strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Nordic region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and end-users.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall business objectives.
