Interested in a fully remote opportunity on the Travel Underwriting side? This is a fantastic new opening for an experienced Travel Underwriter, with knowledge of niche travel products/schemes/facilities, underwriting pricing, and broker management. Working with the board to develop and manage the travel insurance portfolio. Oversight of the whole underwriting platform, you will develop policy wordings, underwriting management guidelines. Ideally a strong exposure to analysis and evaluation of data, rating methodologies, product development; an entrepreneurial approach, genuine interest in moving with change and evolving products. Innovative, self-starter who will see this opportunity as a one-off -would suit a London market underwriter who has had exposure to delegated business, could be at a carrier or an MGA. Accident & Health underwriting background will also be considered. Fully remote, and although significant collaboration with the wider board and management team – you will be able to run your weekly responsibilities the way you wish; this is an autonomous opportunity, which will suit a self-starter who enjoys working individually – of course there is wider interaction at a senior level, and any wider travel to clients, brokers will be compensated.
