Our client, a leading global financial services client, are recruiting for a Programme Director to join the team on a contract basis. Hybrid working and some European travel required.
Role and experience:
- Support the overarching programme objectives of the Workday Financials implementation programme, with a European focus.
- Ideally experience working on a Workday Financials Implementation project on a global scale.
- ERP Finance Experience required such as Oracle Fusion Finance, SAP FICO etc.
- Work with local business and operational stakeholders to define and deliver the solution meeting business and operational priorities.
- Proven ability to manage third-party systems integrators, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, financial controls, and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-country rollouts, with an understanding of localization, statutory, tax, and compliance requirements across different regions.
- Ensure the strong delivery of the Workday Financials Programme on a global scale.
- Exposure to additional Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Adaptive Planning) is a plus.
- Exposure to an ERP implementation within a SOX control environment is a plus.
