Aventa is seeking, on behalf of our client - a leading developer in the offshore renewable energy sector - a HSE Advisor to join their QHSE Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a team of skilled engineers on nearshore operations, contributing to one of the most significant offshore wind developments in the region.
Role & Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Safety reporting tool management coordinator to accurately risk rate, assign actions to the correct risk owners and coordinate actions to ensure speedy resolution to safety concerns and reported incidents.
- The Synergi coordinator will be responsible for the timely risk rating of all reported incidents, near misses, and nonconformities, they will assign the report to the correct risk owner and ensure actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Key stakeholders will be offshore managers, the internal QHSE team, warehouse team leaders, engineering support team leaders, logistics leaders and quality assurance leads.
- Reporting direct to the head of asset performance within the nearshore operations team.
Profile & Requirements
- NEBOSH qualification beneficial.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication standards.
- Experience in risk scoring of potential and actual consequences.
- Able to hold risk and action owners accountable for delivering planned and reactive actions to the required timescale.
