About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18. Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you’re looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role offers that flexibility. Late and weekend working are required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.
As a Section Leader, you’ll be the first point of contact for your team. You’ll assist with training colleagues, communicate messages during team ‘huddles’, and ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays. We’ll help you train in different areas and develop your skills continually. If you’re looking to grow in retail, this could be the role for you!

You should be friendly, proactive, and eager to work with your team to achieve great results. An enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across departments, strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational abilities are essential.
