Established in 1998, the Group is responsible for managing over €120bn of loans as a specialist in the investment and management of performing and non-performing receivables with over 2,000 people in 14 offices across ten European countries.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Investment function helping LCM Partners to achieve its deployment goals. You will be assisting with both secured and unsecured portfolios and be fully involved in the entire lifecycle from origination to closing, including analysis, due diligence, pricing and presenting to the Investment Committee. You may also gain experience within Portfolio Management or Investor Relations where you will share the output of the analysis with our Investors and Operating Partners.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Analysis: Data analysis for investment review of portfolios
- Constructing cash flow modelling and portfolio pricing models under supervision
- Scenario and statistical analysis of proposed new investments
- Data preparation for acquiring new portfolios
- Analysis and review of system data for reporting of portfolio performance and factoring into new pricing
- Development and recommendation of investment proposal
- Assisting in portfolio and transaction structure reporting to third parties
- Assisting in execution of fund and corporate transactions
Business Development and Deal Origination:
- Showing awareness of potential business development opportunities
- Researching new markets/business areas for development
- Analysis of potential acquisitions or other corporate development projects
- Managing the business development pipeline and follow up with MDs
- Analysis and support material for business development initiatives

What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Investment Analysis, or a related field; additional professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are advantageous
- At least one year of relevant experience or internships in credit investment, investment banking, corporate finance, or comparable sectors
- Proficiency in English and fluency in one or more European languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, German, or French)
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively
