The Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated individual with a flair for luxury to join our Portsmouth store as a Sales Consultant. This is a part-time role, offering 15 hours per week across 3 days. The ideal candidate will be fully flexible and available to work various days and times throughout the week. As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store-related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
