Who Are We Looking For?
Previous experience is not essential; what’s more important are the skills and behaviours needed to succeed in this role. You must be able to demonstrate a high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence - you must be able to drive a van and meet our minimum driver requirements.
- Technical ability - can you read a planogram and organise merchandise accordingly?
- Methodical - with a keen eye for detail, are you the type of person to straighten up a cosmetic display that’s out of alignment whilst you’re out and about?
- Passion - you need the passion and drive to become a Beauty Brand Expert.
- Confidence - with outstanding customer relationships and communication skills to liaise with store management teams and brand stakeholders.
- Approachability - customers need to be able to approach you with their feedback whilst on site.
What Does Your New Role Look Like?
Working on a fixed-term basis as a full-time member of our core team: The Beauty Squad, you will be one of our Beauty Merchandising Experts - responsible for implementing cosmetic and skincare displays for global brands within high street retailers.
You will do this by:
- Merchandising new stock, moving parts around according to planogram.
- Changing visuals and Point of Sale.
- Working with your team and building strong relationships.
- Helping train others and achieving a sense of pride from bringing the beauty brands to life!
