HMP Fosse Way is a Category C rehabilitation prison in Leicestershire. It will house 1,000 prisoners and focus on the rehabilitation of offenders and their reintegration into society. At the core of our prison environment and ensuring we operate effectively are our Operational Support team. Whether working at security gates, assisting with prison visits, escorting prisoners, staff, and contractors, or undertaking administrative and communication roles, being an Operational Support Officer is more than just a job; itβs a chance to be part of something greater.
