Garden Centre Restaurant Supervisor

Our Hillier Garden Centre at Syon Park is a well-established and popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering a wide range of plants, gifts, and outdoor living products. Our on-site restaurant and coffee shop is a key part of the experience, providing our customers with delicious, freshly prepared meals, cakes, light snacks, and beverages. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our restaurant team and help create memorable experiences for our customers. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and supervising the restaurant/coffee shop team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of food and beverages and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to progress in their career, who is ready to step up into a leadership position and is eager to grow with us. To support our busy periods, we are seeking proactive and flexible candidates who are open to taking on additional shifts during peak trading periods. This role is being offered on a part time, fixed term basis (up to 25 January 2026) with guaranteed hours of 14 hours a week on a rota basis.
