Step by Step Caregivers is hiring Educational Assistants to support children with special needs in home and school environments across Calgary and surrounding areas, including Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, and Okotoks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with learning activities and individualized programs
• Provide support with communication, behavioral, and social skill development
• Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment
• Engage the child in meaningful play and sensory activities
• Help with daily routines and transitions

Education Required

• Educational Assistant Certificate or Childcare-related background
• Experience supporting children with diverse learning needs
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

Other Requirements

Schedules Available:

• Weekdays and/or Weekends
• Morning, Afternoon, or Evening shifts
• Minimum 3-hour shifts
