We are seeking a Customer Services Inspection Manager to join our Customer Services team in the Scotland West region. You will be responsible for overseeing Client Inspection works, identifying necessary remedial works across Miller Homes developments, and ensuring the ongoing quality of all homes post-completion. Your role involves liaising with the Customer Services team to analyse defects reported by customers, ensuring timely resolution within agreed timescales and service level agreements. You will also coordinate with NHBC regarding technical requirements, attend resolution meetings, and manage insurance claims as needed.

Previous experience in a similar role within the house building sector is essential. Qualifications include experience in customer communication across various channels, knowledge of NHBC Technical Requirements/Guidelines, strong time management, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and good administrative skills. Maintaining client and company confidentiality is also crucial.
