Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall general affairs of the school and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned, aligned with security, safety, environment, and health concerns.
- Coordinate with various school departments regarding facilities, events, etc.
- Administer office supplies and manage common areas such as shuttle bus control, car park, canteen, lighting system, security guard, waste disposal, etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skills/Experience:
- Thai nationality, male, age 35 years old and above
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 5 years experience as general affairs manager/administrator in a company or school
- Knowledge and experience in general affairs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and service-minded
- Strong team-building, communication, and collaboration skills
