Receptionist / Bartender – Crew Member – MOXY London Heathrow Airport

This position is based on a full-time contract.

Gross Salary: £13.62 per hour

We are looking for a confident communicator who is comfortable in a fast-paced, service-focused role. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and a team player, capable of creating a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Helping guests and creating positive experiences
2. Managing hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out in the Moxy way
3. Operating Food & Beverage outlets according to Moxy standards
4. Managing all bills and payments accurately
5. Preparing food, cleaning, tidying, restocking, taking deliveries, and organizing BOH areas
6. Following all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to ensure safe working conditions
7. Supporting other Crew Members and following directions from Crew Leaders
8. Promoting and supporting the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program

We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which includes:

• High energy and a fearless, do-it-yourself attitude
• Good interpersonal skills and enjoyment in chatting with guests
• Ability to multitask effectively, balancing hard work with excellent service
• Understanding that being relaxed isn\’t the same as being lazy
• Clear communication skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!)

Useful Experience

• Experience in the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal experience with travel and the travel industry
