As a Data, Automation & AI Product and Services Executive, you will be aligned to IBM and Red Hat. In this role, you will be responsible for staying current on their technologies and communicating their value to both internal teams and customers. This role involves earning and maintaining sales and technical certifications while collaborating across the business to support customer needs and reinforce vendor propositions.

As a Data, Automation & AI Product and Services Executive, you’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining up-to-date expertise in IBM and Red Hat technologies, including certifications and market trends.
• Clearly communicating the value of vendor solutions to internal teams and customers through demos, presentations, and tailored engagements.
• Building and managing strong relationships across Softcat, IBM, and Red Hat, supported by a detailed relationship map.
• Identifying and acting on customer opportunities and whitespace through collaboration, market analysis, and customer engagement.
• Delivering onboarding sessions, training, and enablement content to equip sales teams with vendor knowledge and positioning strategies.
• Participating in office-based collaboration, in-person meetings, and customer calls to ensure alignment and feedback continuity.

• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve and maintain relevant sales and technical certifications.
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Skilled in task prioritisation and effective time management.
