We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join a creative arts department at this vibrant school. This is an exciting opportunity to nurture young artists and encourage creative thinking through engaging and imaginative art lessons. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as an Art Teacher:
- Teach Art and Design across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that foster creativity, technique and independent thought
- Encourage experimentation with a wide range of media, materials, and styles
- Support students in developing portfolios and preparing for exhibitions or qualifications
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as art clubs, workshops, or school displays
Ideal Art Teacher:
- Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Holds a degree in Art, Fine Art, Design or a related subject
- Has a passion for both traditional and contemporary art practices
