Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in our Housekeeping department by maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms. Your responsibilities include collaborating with the team, assisting guests, and ensuring a memorable stay through excellent hospitality.
The Role
Casual loading on all hourly rates! Base rate of $24.98, with loadings: Monday - Friday $31.23/hr, Saturday $37.47/hr, Sunday $43.72/hr, Public Holidays $62.45/hr. Applicable for team members aged 16 and above.
Primary Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression.
- Follow established guidelines to meet high cleanliness standards.
- Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well-equipped.
- Use cleaning materials safely and adhere to safety protocols.
- Respect guest privacy and security.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.

- Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
