About the Role:
In this pivotal position, you'll take ownership of hiring top talent for Reperio itself - playing a key role in building the future of our company. From sourcing standout candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers, you'll be at the heart of our internal growth. In this role, you'll be more involved in the strategic growth of Reperio, helping us to achieve our goals. Your role will include:
- End-to-end recruitment of new staff within Reperio (both trainee consultants and internal operations staff)
- Writing and posting job adverts that capture attention
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and databases
- Conducting interviews (phone & face-to-face) and building a pipeline of future talent
- Providing detailed insights and hiring reports to our Directors
- Championing our culture and employer brand in everything you do

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong interpersonal skills - charismatic, clear communicator, and confident
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
- Experience using various candidate sourcing strategies (LinkedIn / Job Boards etc)
- Tech-savvy and great at multitasking
