Temp Station are currently offering a Trainee Administrator/Resourcer/Consultant apprenticeship following successful expansion in two branches.
This is an opportunity to work in a small team at the Normanton Office, gaining comprehensive knowledge of a Recruitment/Logistics company. It provides a pathway for career growth and skill development, with rewards aligned to progress.
Full Vacancy Description: To develop a thorough understanding of our business and industry, enabling the apprentice to contribute effectively and build a long-term career with us after training completion.
Training During the Apprenticeship includes:
- Office administration – filing, data input, in-house systems
- Payroll processing – collating hours, checking timesheets, creating costings
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client files
- Quarterly compliance checks with candidates
- Collaborating with team members from Head Office on recruitment, social media, payroll systems
- Understanding all aspects of the business, from recruitment to logistics
- Building client relationships with new and existing clients
Working hours are 8:30-17:00, Monday to Friday, with one day per week allocated for training or college.
