Our client is seeking a General Property Adjuster (Cert CILA / Dip CILA) to work from home, covering Wales and surrounding regions as needed.

You will manage a portfolio of domestic claims up to £100,000 on a \’cradle-to-grave\’ basis without restriction. Your role involves supporting clients in proactively handling and settling a diverse caseload of property claims. Since these can vary in complexity, it is essential to approach each case with tact and a calm demeanor, understanding the policyholder\’s perspective, investigating claims thoroughly, establishing facts and policy details, and working towards effective resolutions.
