Pembrook Resourcing is currently seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join our client's team.

We are looking for a skilled HGV Mechanic who is committed to safety and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will perform truck repairs and maintenance according to factory and industry standards, run diagnostics, and collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform minor and major repairs on lorries and trailers.
  • Conduct regular preventative maintenance, including inspections, tyre rotations, and oil changes.
  • Maintain parts inventory and shop cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the repair team to diagnose vehicle issues and plan repairs.
  • Perform diagnostic tests on trucks.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs performed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an HGV Mechanic.
  • Valid Category C Licence.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills.
  • HGV Mechanic Certification (preferred).
