The Role
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our West London team at White City House (W12 7FR). As a Bartender with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition.
What We Are Looking For...
- 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar.
- Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- Sense of urgency.
- Yes, yes, yes mentality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
- Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required.
