We're looking for a commercially driven and operationally strong Wholesale Manager to take ownership of our wholesale business. You’ll lead sales strategy, team performance, and operational execution to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance & Sales Strategy
    • Own wholesale revenue targets across multiple sales channels
    • Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify trends and opportunities
    • Lead on forecasting, pricing, and commercial planning
    • Improve productivity across channels and team members
    • Support long-term business planning with insights from client and sales data
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Produce weekly and monthly trade reports with actionable insights
    • Track KPIs across channels and deliver clear performance plans
    • Maintain accurate records for payroll, holiday tracking, and team performance
    • Manage daily reporting and documentation of team activity
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee day-to-day operations in the wholesale warehouse
    • Ensure smooth ordering, stock movement, and dispatch processes
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
    • Continuously improve systems and workflows
    • Manage expenses, supply orders, and warehouse upkeep
  • Visual Merchandising & Product Strategy
    • Maintain high merchandising standards across the space
    • Analyse bestsellers and stock movement to drive product strategy
    • Ensure strategic placement of volume categories
    • Train team on the link between visual standards and commercial results
  • Client Relationships & Service
    • Lead client communications across all platforms with a tailored approach
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to increase retention
    • Support client appointments, consultations, and post-sale engagement
    • Oversee client satisfaction and team delivery during appointments and events
  • Event Execution
    • Lead planning and execution of monthly thrift events
    • Manage rotas, team zoning, stock prep, and post-event reporting
    • Oversee event-day operations and team performance
    • Support national events and local collaborations when needed
  • Team Leadership
    • Conduct daily briefs and monthly performance reviews
    • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members
    • Recruit, onboard, and train new hires
    • Monitor performance and address underperformance proactively
    • Foster a motivated, high-performing team culture
  • Marketing Support
    • Support execution of the social media calendar in line with brand guidelines
    • Provide content ideas and help engage customers through DMs
    • Analyse content performance and feed insights to the marketing team
    • Identify local marketing and collaboration opportunities
