A fast-growing finance provider is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive day-to-day marketing operations, lead a growing team, and accelerate high-quality lead generation across digital and offline channels. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CMO, perfect for a commercially-minded marketer with a passion for performance, creativity, and leadership. You will be central to brand growth, customer acquisition, and cross-functional collaboration in a purpose-driven, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and optimise the marketing budget and channel strategy (paid search, paid social, CRM, email, SEO, partnerships)
- Manage and grow a team across digital, CRM, creative, and agency partners
- Drive full-funnel B2B lead generation and campaign performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and CX to align efforts and achieve commercial goals
- Oversee marketing operations, delivery schedules, and internal processes
- Report on KPIs and uncover actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes
- Champion new ideas and agile marketing approaches
- Proven senior-level marketing experience in a B2B or fintech/SME environment
- Strong team leadership and agency management skills
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, CRM, and data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth setting
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
