IT Systems & Network Administrator Location: Remote/Marlborough USA I am seeking an IT Systems & Network Administrator to join a leading international network security software company. You will be part of a small, close-knit IT team supporting internal operations and a globally dispersed workforce. Ensure documentation and network maps are up-to-date and secured. Review and ensure all backup systems are functioning properly. Troubleshoot, test, and optimize systems to maintain availability. Perform upgrades to maintain infrastructure health. Provide hardware support, including installation and troubleshooting. Set up new users in AD and O365, including security groups, Entra, and Intune. Administer Linux and Windows Server systems. The Ideal Candidate will have: 5+ years of systems and network support experience in Windows, Linux, and networking environments. Strong knowledge of Linux deployment and configuration. Understanding of Layer 2 & Layer 3 networking. Proficiency with MS O365, SharePoint, and Teams. Experience supporting Windows and Apple desktops, including installation and applications.
