Role: 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer
Location: BSN01 (Travel to customer site required)
Working Pattern: Shift Working (0700 – 1500 or 1100 – 1900)
We are seeking a 2nd Line System Administrator to join our team alongside 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your responsibilities will include assisting a high-profile user community, maintaining daily contact with customers and stakeholders through the IT Service Management Toolset, and monitoring Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation processes.
Your role will involve:
- Assisting high-profile user communities
- Engaging with customers and stakeholders via ITSM tools
- Monitoring Event Management tools, triaging issues, and escalating as necessary
Your transferable skills and experience include:
- ITSM Tooling
- Event Management Tooling (SolarWinds and SCOM)
- MECM
- SCCM
- Effective communication skills
