The Role:

We’re looking for a casual Room Attendant to join our team. As part of our Housekeeping Team, your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and good order of all rooms to create a pleasant environment for our guests and team. You will also perform cleaning and maintenance of storage areas, public areas, and employee areas to the required standard. Handling guest queries courteously and professionally, escalating issues as needed, and reporting any malfunctioning equipment or damages are also part of your duties. Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so a passion for guest satisfaction is essential.

The Ideal Candidate:

We seek an enthusiastic casual Room Attendant with a passion for delivering a positive guest experience. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. You should have excellent personal presentation, a strong work ethic, be proactive, and able to work independently. A commitment to high standards of cleanliness and brand values will ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable stay.
