Role Overview:

• Supporting learners with complex physical, medical, and learning needs by implementing tailored activities and interventions
• Managing behavior in accordance with school policies
• Assisting in classroom management and organization

• Promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for all learners
• Building respectful relationships with students
• Collaborating with families and agencies to support learners
• Maintaining high expectations for academic and personal progress
• Safeguarding the welfare of children and young people
