What is the job?

Are you someone who loves being deep in technology and thrives on solving technical problems? A technical problem solver who would relish the opportunity to work with cinema technology? We are looking for a Technical NOC Operator in our Milton Keynes-based support office, reporting to the Regional Technical Director. You will provide high-quality technical support to our cinemas and ensure content presentation quality across all locations.

Note: you will be required to work some evenings and weekends on occasion.

What will you be doing?

• Serving as the first point of contact for inbound technical support issues across UK and Ireland cinemas, troubleshooting via email and phone, and escalating issues as needed.
• Working with various hardware and software, including IT systems and cinema-specific technology like NEC & Barco projectors, Dolby/Doremi servers, LAN/WAN connectivity, and remote access tools.
• Maintaining documentation for all technical issues and software to ensure visibility and tracking.
• Ensuring all actions comply with legal, licensing, security policies, and internal procedures.

About You

• No extensive prior NOC experience required; proactive, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about problem-solving.
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels and delivering solutions under pressure.
• Organized and diligent in documenting work.
