As the newest member of Tesla's Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission 'to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy' and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. Whether you're looking for an alternative to further education, just graduated, or simply wanting a change of career to something more exciting, this is a fantastic opportunity. The programme focuses on potential rather than academic achievement, with mentorship from passionate industry professionals.
We are offering up to 28 vacancies across various UK & Ireland locations, with some specializing in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business. Locations include:
- London: Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham
- South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
- Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans
- Midlands: Longbridge (CPO), Northampton, Nottingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton (CPO & New)
- Northwest: Manchester Central, Manchester South (CPO)
- Northeast: Newcastle
- Scotland: Edinburgh, Glasgow
- East: Cambridge (CPO)
- Southwest: Bristol, Cardiff
- Ireland: Cork, Dublin
Please note, the final recruitment stage will be an in-person group assessment day in mid-late July 2025 at select locations.
This programme offers a fast-track, hands-on experience rotating through core departments. Your performance will be reviewed at each rotation, providing skills and tools for success and growth beyond the 12 months. Itβs ideal for motivated self-starters who want to support business functions, meet targets, and bring fresh ideas. Core departments include:
- Front of House: Providing excellent visitor, customer, and employee experiences
- Delivery: Assisting during vehicle collection to ensure customer satisfaction
- Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
- Virtual Prep: Helping customers before their service visits, diagnosing faults, and educating
- Service: Learning vehicle repairs
- Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
- Elective Rotation: Final rotation aligned with your potential future role
Post-programme, based on your performance, you'll have opportunities to pursue full-time roles aligned with your strengths and aspirations.
What You'll Bring:
