As an Operations Night Duty Manager, your role will be incredibly exciting, varied and will involve creative thinking with a decisive attitude. You will lead the team to deliver exemplary service to our members and guests, focusing on personalisation, empathy and charm. You will support colleagues, helping develop, mentor and supervise them throughout their time at Estelle Manor. You will be empowered to make impactful decisions as the main point of managerial responsibility overnight.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous management experience working nights within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
- Strong OPERA & Knowcross knowledge would be ideal.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to understand, influence, and negotiate, as well as document and report to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Responsibility and initiative to explore issues and generate new ideas with creative thinking.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
- Charismatic and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and building relationships with our members.
This position offers a base rate of £40,000 per annum, plus inclusion in our service charge scheme.
